Preorders
+What is a preorder?
Most KHAOTIK products are produced after purchase. Your order reserves your item before production begins.
+How long do preorders take?
Production may take up to 14 business days before shipment. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
+Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be available.

International shipping availability depends on destination and product availability.

+What are KHAOS POINTS?
KHAOS POINTS are the official KHAOTIK rewards currency.
+How do I earn KHAOS POINTS?
Earn 1 KHAOS POINT for every $1 spent.
+Do gift card purchases earn points?
No. Gift card purchases do not earn KHAOS POINTS.
+What rewards are available?
- 2,400 Points = $10 Off (Orders $100+)
- 5,000 Points = $25 Off (Orders $150+)
- 10,000 Points = $50 Off (Orders $250+)
+Do points expire?
Currently, KHAOS POINTS do not expire unless otherwise stated by KHAOTIK.

Referrals
+How does the referral program work?
- Share your personal referral code.
- The referred customer receives 500 KHAOS POINTS after their first qualifying purchase.
- You receive a $20 reward after their first qualifying purchase.
+Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are prohibited.
+When do referral rewards appear?
Rewards are issued after the referred customer's qualifying purchase has been successfully completed.

No. KHAOTIK gift cards do not expire.

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.

+What is the difference between Signature pieces and Drops?
Drops are limited releases that may never return. Signature pieces remain part of the permanent collection.
