Return Policy

Only Signature Collection items are eligible for return consideration.

Approved returns may qualify for:

• Store credit
• Size exchange (subject to inventory availability)

KHAOTIK does not provide monetary refunds except where required by applicable law.

To qualify for return approval, items must:

• Be requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery
• Remain unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
• Include all original tags, packaging, and included materials

Be free of:

• odors
• stains
• smoke exposure
• pet hair
• visible wear
• makeup marks
• alterations
• damage occurring after delivery

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before approval is granted.

Return authorization must be obtained from KHAOTIK before any merchandise is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused upon receipt.

Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window may be automatically denied.

KHAOTIK reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet all eligibility requirements and retains sole discretion in determining whether returned merchandise satisfies the conditions of this policy.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

KHAOTIK strongly recommends using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Approved refunds are issued as Khaotik store credit gift cards for faster processing and future purchases.

Approved returns will be issued as one of:

• A Khaotik store credit gift card equal to the approved refund amount, delivered by email
• Exchange for another size of the same item, subject to inventory availability

Refund gift cards can be saved to Apple Wallet and used together during checkout — apply multiple gift card codes one at a time at Shopify checkout.

If you have a Khaotik account, refund gift cards will appear automatically in your Saved Gift Cards with a "Refund Credit" tag.

Store credit gift cards may not be redeemable for cash except where required by law.

If an exchange item is unavailable, KHAOTIK reserves the right to issue a store credit gift card instead.

Refund gift cards are issued only after:

• Returned merchandise is received
• Inspection is completed
• Return approval is finalized

Additional terms governing Khaotik store credit gift cards:

• Store credit gift cards do not expire
• Store credit gift cards are non-refundable
• Lost, stolen, misplaced, or unauthorized use of store credit gift cards may not be replaceable
• Store credit gift cards are non-transferable except where required by law

KHAOTIK reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or invalidate any store credit obtained through fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or violations of these policies or the KHAOTIK Terms of Service.

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

• Gift cards (non-refundable, non-returnable)
• Limited drops
• Archive/Vault releases
• One-of-one pieces
• Preorders
• Customized items
• Sale/discounted products
• Special releases
• Exclusive collaborations
• Distressed or altered limited garments

Products purchased using promotional discounts greater than a specified threshold may also be considered final sale where indicated at checkout.

Limited-release products may become final sale immediately upon purchase, even if inventory remains available at the time of order.

No exceptions will be made except where legally required.

Customers must contact KHAOTIK within 48 hours of delivery if:

• An incorrect item was received
• An item arrives with a manufacturing defect
• A shipment arrives damaged in transit

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.

KHAOTIK reserves the right to request:

• Product photographs
• Photographs of all packaging materials, including the shipping box and protective materials
• Order information
• Carrier information and tracking details
• Additional verification

Following review, KHAOTIK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, exchange, issue store credit, or deny a claim. Resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue, available inventory, and applicable law.

Normal wear, wash variations, distressing, dye inconsistencies, and intentional imperfections are not considered defects.

Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, abandoned packages, or shipments returned due to customer error may:

• Be refused
• Be subject to restocking fees
• Receive reduced store credit
• Require additional shipping fees for reshipment

Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, carrier penalties, and related costs may be deducted from any approved store credit issued in connection with a refused or unauthorized return.

Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Approved returns may be subject to a reasonable restocking fee where permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated during the return authorization process and, where applied, deducted from the store credit or refund issued upon approval.

Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of payment dispute systems may result in:

• Permanent purchasing restrictions
• Order cancellation
• Refusal of future service
• Submission of supporting documentation to payment providers
